New Year, New Posts

After a 3 week ‘break’ with limited updates, I’m back at it. I have three more days left in Colorado before I’m back in Chicago. During that time I’ll be posting the University of Man archives once a day again. Then when I get back I’ll be back to the usual amount of activity.

I personally never make New Years resolutions – so don’t expect any drastic overhauls. I always have had my goals and have stuck to them; I never found the need to use a specific day or occasion to change my motivations or direction of my life. I’m still working on my reading list, still going to work on my personal health, still have the personal goal of bench pressing 300 lbs (laughable because right now I can’t even press my own weight, but I saw a youtube video of the world’s strongest midget that did it, and I’ll be damned if I can’t be stronger than a midget), still pursuing the same career goals – though with some new insights from discussions I’ve had over the break with old friends, and still pursuing a more masculine frame for game and life in general.

I personally think that’s enough, so why add to it with a shoddy new years resolution? I already have my inspiration, now it’s just the journey to make it happen.

your new years resolution is to call yourself Dick, for the whole year introduce yourself as Dick

  2. There we go. That’s a new year’s resolution I can get behind
